Schema Change Breaks Replication
I believe a schema change on a Windows DC (2008rc) has broken replication with our S4 DCs. Anyone have any tips or pointers to resolve this? I have three S4 DCs [CentOS6] and one Windows 2008R2 DC. The Windows 2008R2 DC has the schema master FSMO, and I believe the Exchange schema was added. I am willing to pay US dollars to get this issue resolved. I need the replication restored, the

So a little background, in my domain we have 2 domain controllers, the main (A Windows Server 2008 R2), and a secondary that is was recently migrated from Server 2003 R2 to Samba. Replicate with --full-sync error
Hi, I tried to replicate two DC's (on test setup) with "--full-sync" option but fails with error message below. I tried "--full-sync" because I wonder if it has any effect on some diverged entries reported by "samba-tool ldapcmp". # samba-tool drs replicate dc1 dc2 --full-sync DC=samdom,DC=com ERROR(<class 'samba.drs_utils.drsException'>): DRS

Replication problem when adding new DC member

Can't replicate DCs
Hi list, I'm running into issues with Samba 4.5.16-Debian. I am trying to get 3 DCs to talk to each other and replicate. DC1 and DC3 are on the same subnet; DC2 is on another subnet, accessible by IP. Currently, no firewalls on any of the DCs. Issue 1 - When I run "samba-tool drs showrepl", I get various results: DC1 - Failed to bind to uuid e3514235-4b06-11d1-ab04-00c04fc2dcd2
