Hi! I apologize, if the questions are simple, but its been a long time since I use Windows as enhanced typewriter only. The need to implement domain etc arose just suddenly. I am trying to implement VPN (and succeeded to implement it), even able to join windows clients to the Samba AD domain over VPN, but I am confused by not getting the browse list of computers for the network I

Domain Member Server Problem
We have a Windows Domain NT. We are setting up four samba Servers, two new and 2 legacy servers. The new server are Ubuntu AMD64 Linux with Samba 3.0.22 One of these is the PDC. Slow Directory Access after upgrade to 3.5.6
Upgraded to Samba 3.5.6 from 3.5.2. Samba is running as a standalone server on a box that was upgraded from Slackware 13.1 to Slackware 13.37. Running OSX 10.5.4 and recently (last week) nmbd is hogging the CPU. I know this is a part of the Samba server on OSX, hence the post to this mail-list. When I disconnect from the network, nmbd goes away and doesn't
