create a index.date column
Dear
R users,
I
created a matrix that tells me the first day of use of a category by

#Calculate

Upgrading SAMBA from 4.2.2 to 4.2.13
Hey everyone
Have a (relatively) old CentOS SAMBA4 Active Directory running version
4.2.2, time to upgrade to the latest in the 4.2 series.
As it's running as a VM on ESXI I have it backed up by VEEAM and I can take
a snapshot before making any changes.
Any major items to be aware of before upgrading to 4.2.13? Any reason I
should not perhaps be looking a bit further to the 4.4.x

getfacl not have domain name and samba4 not work correctly
Hi.
Sorry. Today I have a big problem with the samba I can not solve!
My permissions do not work properly. in the RSAT created groups, OU and
users. I configured in Windows the shared directory *TECNOLOGIA* security
settings assigning full permissions to *grupo_tecnologia* (technology
group).
However users who are with *grupo_tecnologia* (primary) to access the share

Dear All
I saw the end of data [[reached getOption("max.print") -- omitted 11844 rows

How can I see all of the data?
I would be appreciated if you guide me.

I've enabled verbose/debug logging on the client side. Here are a few
operations from the log, and my observations on them:
1) Why is the log saying `SMB2` everywhere? Shouldn't it be saying `SMB3`?
2) Is this normal -- fs/cifs/smb2misc.c: Calculated size 157 length 156

dbcheck - least one mandatory attribute ('fromServer') on entry wasn't specified
Ive recently inherited an old samba installation which was originally migrated from a windows 2003 server.
It was running samba 4.2.13 so i upgraded to 4.6.4. All is well and everything appears to be working correctly but get the following error error when running the db check tool:

Samba + CFS
Hello,
I'm trying to get Samba and CFS (cryptographic file system) to work.
What I want is to mount a crypted directory (on my Debian Sarge server) as
a Samba share to my WinXP box.
I've already set up a crypted directory (/crypt/crypt) as a user. And I've
also set up a Samba share for this 'virtual' directory.
I can access and delete files from that folder over the Samba

SIP AND NAT
I recently did a set up where I replaced a simple D-link home router
that was having trouble processing a T1's worth of bandwidth with a
linux machine running iptables. the kernel was 2.6.29-r5 and I chose
the SIP connection tracking modules from the menuconfig.
Router worked fine for normal traffic, but I was unable to get the SIP
phones to work. Using ngrep it was plain to see
