Hi
I need to authenticate all the asterisk users from the LDAP server instead
of from sip.conf.
If anybody already have done this then please guide.
I tried to integrate authenticate asterisk users from LDAP using the open

After using the astirectory1.2.0 , now when the asterisk starts then it

controling x-labels in xyplot (lattice) when x is POSIX object
Hi,
V1.8.0 seems to allow DateTimeClasses as the x argument in xyplots (lattice).
For example:
x <- seq.POSIXt(strptime("2003/01/01", format = "%Y/%m/%d"),
strptime("2003/10/01", format = "%Y/%m/%d"), by = "month")
y <- rnorm(length(x))
dat <- data.frame(x= x, y = y)
xyplot(y ~ x, data = dat, type = "b")

call-limit on a per destination basis
Hello,
I use asterisk to to IAX2 trunking between London POP & Reunion Island pop.
I would like to know if it's possible to do a kind of call-limit (i.e.
restrict to XX) channels but on a per dialcode and / or destination basis.
For example:
[trunk]
; reunion proper, i want to send no more than 24 channels
exten => _0262XXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/mytrunk/${EXTEN})
; reunion mobile, i want

Relay Register
Good morning everybody.
My question is simple.
Is there a way to perform relay register with Asterisk ?
More precisely, I want my clients regiter to a Proxy Registrar (OpenSIPS/Kamailio) through my Asterisk :
REGISTER REGISTER
Client ------------> Asterisk ---------------> OpenSIPS
So Asterisk keep a list of registered clients and only allows them to

[ timeouts ]
I have a http proxy across tinc linked remote networks.
It works generally well, but few times a day it gives a timeout, which
disconnects some more sensitive clients. It is nginx based and setting
longer timeouts, disabling or extending buffers did not help.
Do you have any experience with a tinc or lower level networking
parameters which could be used to mitigate such an annoying behaviour?

how to use conditional statements to handle exceptions?
Hello,
I have a problem to handle the following statements.
for(i in [1:3])
{
file=paste("file", i, ".dat")
bb <- read.table(file)
x11()
plot(bb)
dev.off()
}
When the input .dat file is empty, the program stops
running and an error message appears. Could someone
tell me how to handle this exception?
Thanks

no ringtone - just silence/bridging of external calls
Hi Community!
If this issue was already topic, please excuse or delete my request...
Topic 1 "no ringtone":
I configured a SIP registration with my SIP provider (SIPCall).
Everything works fine except the ring tone for the caller. The caller
hears silence until the called party takes up the phone.
I used the DIAL command with the r and R option but no luck... :(
Has anybody the same
