Panic: file smtp-client-connection.c: line 1212 (smtp_client_connection_established): assertion failed: (!conn->connect_succeeded)
Hello Aki, I have this problem just with 2.3.8, my self-compiled 2.3.3 works fine. I have previously tried to update from 2.3.3 to higher versions (possibly 2.3.5 or so), but always had this error, which is why I am always back to 2.3.3. Configuration is exactly the same. Here my output from "doveconf -n": # 2.3.8 (9df20d2db): /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf# Pigeonhole version 0.5.8

Sieve scripts not replicated
Hi, FWIW this was also reported back in August[1] - experienced with 2.3.2.1 (not sure if earlier 2.3 releases were affected) and currently reproducible with latest 2.3.3 stable release. Get rid of the "dbox-Mails"-folder
Would it be possible to add the possibility in future releases that DIRNAME respectively FULLDIRNAME could be empty (and works properly)? Get rid of the "dbox-Mails"-folder
Hey Aki, DIRNAME with empty value has no effect, just like with FULLDIRNAME. "~/sdbox" instead of "~/" doesn't change that.. Get rid of the "dbox-Mails"-folder
Hey again, sorry, but I have to correct me: Even with dot it's not working completely. The subscriptions file is not created and the dovecot-acl file has the wrong path, too. :-( Greetings, Hativ Am 07.07.2018 um 02:26 schrieb Hativ: > Hey again, > > I've found a working configuration: mail_location = sdbox:~/:FULLDIRNAME=. > > I use a dot instead of slash or empty

netbios alias and AD trouble
Hello there I've got two samba servers srv1 and srv2 smb.conf for srv1: netbios aliases srv1-alias smb.conf for srv2: netbios aliases srv2-alias DNS is configured all right and resolves the names. Each name has got its own IP address. Both servers are AD members, run as expected and can be connected to via their netbios and netbios alias names. If, for example, srv1 fails I want to add

Get rid of the "dbox-Mails"-folder
Hey again, I've found a working configuration: mail_location = sdbox:~/:FULLDIRNAME=. I use a dot instead of slash or empty value. Now my folder structure looks like I want and Dovecot is working fine. Can anyone (maybe even a Dovecot developer?) say if the configuration is okay? I've tried to check the source code, but I don't know C as good as it's needed for that.

Upgrading from V3.0 production system to V3.3
Before I undertake this upgrade I thought I would see if anyone has any advice on how to do this on a production system. Maybe someone has already "fought this dragon". Current config Gluster V3.0.0. This has been in production for over 16 months: 2 servers with 8 x 2TB hard drives (bricks) replicated svr1:vol1 <-> srv2:vol1 -> rbrick1 svr1:vol2 <-> srv2:vol2 ->

libvirtd + vir-manager + kerberos
Hi! Having two hosts installed with libvirtd, kvm, qemu on (Ubuntu 10.10). Now I have one big problem and one less: I have set up kerberos for both hosts. Created the principal "libvirt/srv1.example.org at EXAMPLE.ORG" and "libvirt/srv2.example.org at EXAMPLE.ORG", Exported the krb5.keytab, Installed it and tested the servers: srv1.example.org: I can connect using kerberos

Hello, I am trying to join a Samba 3.0.24 server into an ADS domain, which is served by two Windows 2003 servers (let's say srv1.domain.local (192.168.1.1) and srv2.domain.local (192.168.1.4)). I am running Samba on a FreeBSD 6.2 machine and I have established an OpenVPN connection to the ADS network (tunneling). I have this in my resolv.conf:
