questions about maildir to mdbox migration
Hi there ! Please tell how did you do the migration ? I tried to do this with dsync and performance was far from 'smooth and great'. 2017-09-29 0:54 GMT+05:00 Dave McGuire <mcguire at neurotica.com>: > > Hi folks! questions about maildir to mdbox migration
Hi folks! I converted some of the spools on my mail server from maildir to mdbox. It went smoothly and the performance has been great. However, I have two questions regarding the process. Is it possible to somehow make that change retroactive, to coalesce the couple

We're running dovecot 2.2.15 with pigeonhole 0.4.6, in a clustered environment, nfs with proxy and backend on all servers. I've been seeing some odd errors from lmtp: Error: mremap_anon(127930368) failed: Cannot allocate memory It seems to affect specific users, but it doesn't seem to manifest in any particular way; no user complaints. System users lookup via PAM: strip the domain name?
I have a need for the following: Real system users in /etc/{passwd,shadow} (actually PAM on FreeBSD) wirhOUT @domain in /etc/passwd Virtual Users in SQL (with full user at domain in the DB) When I have auth_username_format = %Ln I can?t auth the Virtual Users, and if I have auth_username_format = %Lu I can?t auth System users. second fs quota root crashes
Hallo. In our dovecot 1.2.6 server running under Solaris 9 I would like to set up a second quota root because the mail folders are in the users home directories and the inboxes of all users are in /var/mail. As soon as I add quota2 = fs:INBOX:noenforcing:mount=/var/mail the imap client crashes repeatedly as soon as the user tries to open a mail folder. Thanks for any help. Dovecot Logfile:
