FYI in subscription file for namespace I see empty line when the top level prefix is subscribed. I know there's a couple third party repos offering PHP 7 for Centos. I prefer not to add too much third party that I don't have to and PHP 7 has been mainstream for some time now, I thought maybe it would be in EPEL by now. What is the most recommended and stable way to get an up to date PHP on Centos 7?

PowerDNS supports CAA records beginning with version 4.0, but the pdns package in EPEL for most recent centos versions is stuck at around version 3.4 (3.4.11 is what I have). I've been having problems with Pine 4.62 talking to Dovecot 1.0 stable. It's fine when the folder collection path is empty, but if I have "~/mail/" or "mail/" it gives access errors (I'm using the "~/mail/", "mail/" etc. hidden namespaces for backwards compatability). I noticed this today, I had a user outside of our department test out dovecot. They were using squirrelmail and I noticed that dovecot thinks this user is subscribed to ALL public folders even though a dovecot ACL prevents all access. I'm pretty sure access is still denied.
