Using lmtp to authenticate email users
Hmm, actually it is set -
root at ns:/usr/local/etc/dovecot # dovecot -a | grep auth_username_format
auth_username_format = %Ln
Oddly, it now seems to work once I made this change -
root at ns:/usr/local/etc/dovecot # dovecot -a | grep -A5 "protocol lmtp"
protocol lmtp {
# Added explicit hostname
hostname = ns.mahan.org
mail_fsync = optimized
mail_plugins = " sieve"

libao AU driver
Hi,
I noticed there was some discussion on this list about the desire
for ogg123 to support output to stdout via Sun's .au file format, so
I decided to give implementing an AU driver for libao a shot. Here
is my first attempt.
To test the driver:
* Apply the patch below (against ao in CVS)
* Copy the attached ao_au.c into ao/src
* Run ao/autogen.sh, compile, and

Changing the imaps port #
Yes, I am pretty sure about that. I originally was connected via AT&T DSL
but wanted the fast access of cable modem. I need permanent IPs which
required me to contract with Comcast buisness. Once I switched over, I was
no longer able to access my imap server, which was as I mentioned, stunnel
listening on the imaps port and forwarding to dovecot listening on the imap
port.
I was getting

Use doveconf, not dovecot (although they may do the same thing).
doveconf -a just shows you ALL settings, regardless of

Changing the imaps port #
Dovecot 2.3.4, FreeBSD 11.2
Due to comcast buisness ISP intercepting imaps I need to have my clients
connect to non-standard port (9999). Previously I had been using stunnel
to receive the imaps connection and forward it to the imap port over
127.0.0.1. But I would like to retire stunnel and have my imap clients
connect remotely.
I have configured the imap-login service -
service imap-login {

Re: P2V conversion failed with "/run/lvm/lvmetad.socket: connect failed: No such file or directory"
Greetings Richard,
To add to the above information, we are following the understated steps:
1. We have 2 BL460c (Gen8) with Fedora 21 installed. Both the
machines(BL1 & BL2) have been updated with virt-v2v packages
2. On BL1, we execute the following commands:
1. virt-p2v-make-kickstart fedora
2. livecd-creator p2v.ks
3. After creating the

Question About Rsync and Modification Times
That isn't how rsync should work with -a. Is something preventing it
from backdating the file? What is the filesystem? Can you try copying
your 2015 file with cp -a?

Changing the imaps port #
Comcast DNS servers enforce dnssec, AT&T does not (last I checked). If
by chance your zone has DNSSEC enabled but mis-configured then it is
possible the domain name you use for the dovecot server is not resolving
because of a dnssec validation failure.
I have never heard of comcast or any ISP blocking port 993. That would
seem to be a violation of net neutrality rules. I use comcast

Duncan -
Indeed, this has now been well documented; I have called these constructions "Schr?dinger Facts", since they arise from a superposition of truths in the training data that collapse into an untruth when observed.

Now, the curious question is: why can it program. Why is its production of R-syntax less vulnerable

Replace Cisco IOS/CBOS with freebsd - possible?
Greetings,
I'm RP for a fairly large chunk of IP real estate. I carved out
a /27 segment for my home network. Which is currently running over
a cisco 837 GW (adsl/router). I'm not really keen on it (the router/modem).
So I thought to myself that it couldn't be /that/ hard to build a
box with FBSD that could replace it - am I crazy? Wouldn't it
be possible to upload a minimal build

Question About Rsync and Modification Times
Hi Kevin,
The -a flag in this instance is not back-dating the timestamp of the copied file to the source file. It is modifying it to the time of transfer and leaving it that way. Then any time I rerun that command it always updates the timestamp since it is always making it the time of transfer. I have a source file the has a modification date of 2015 and when I rsync it to day with -a the copied

snow makeCluster (makeSOCKcluster) not working in R-2.11
Hello,
I was using snow to parallel-process some code in R-2.10 (32-bit
windows. ). The code is as follows:
require(foreach)
require(doSNOW)
cl <- makeCluster(6, type='SOCK')
registerDoSNOW(cl)
bl2 <- foreach(i=icount(length(unqmrno))) %dopar% {
(some code here)
}
stopCluster(cl)
When I run the same code in Windows R-2.11 (either 32-bit or 64-bit), R

回复: [RFC] Improve iteration of estimating divisions
Hal,
Yes, speed is an important factor of making dicision. Here I just put the numerator into estimation, so it won't add any more instructions. A simple benchmark below keeps the same running time between the demo and current master:
```
float fdiv(unsigned int a, unsigned int b) {
return (float)a / (float)b;
}
float m;
__attribute__((noinline)) void foo() {
m = 0.0;
}
int main() {
