Hello. In our dovecvot we use mbox format with the default filesystem layout. Therefore it is not possible to have mailboxes which are subfolders of other mailboxes containing messages. I found that if email is delivered via procmail, the indexer-worker is not being called. But when I move the email between folders via IMAP, indexer is involved. Hello everybody, reading about the speed improvements possible with (on boot) preloaded files (which should be continuous on disk) I searched for a ext3 defrag program. I found an ext2 defrag program (http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/system/filesystems/defrag-0.70.tar.gz, available in debian as defrag) which would have an optimal feature (moving files by a list) but refuses to work on ext3.

We started using Dovecot replication between two nodes and noticed that our configured private flags (INDEXPVT) in public/shared mailboxes are not replicated. We are only replicating INBOX namespace, as we dont want to replicate content of shared mailboxes for every user again. Is there a way to replicate the INDEXPVT or is that not (yet) implemented?
