dovecot-keywords are not preserved any more when moving mails between folders
Hello,
after an upgrade of dovecot-2.2.5 to dovecot-2.3.4 the dovecot-keywords,
which in my case are set by thunderbird, are not preserved any more when
moving a mail between folders.
Are there any ideas, what may be the reason.
Thanks for any hints on that,
Andreas

Dovecot + NFS + FreeBSD breakage ?
Hi,
I am trying to update my old mails servers from dovecot 2.1.15 to 2.2.12 (freebsd ports) and upgrade to FreeBSD 10.0-P3.
My mail storage are on NFS with index also.
On 2.1.15 everything is ok, and in 10-mail.conf I have the good things to be added as wiki tell me (eg http://wiki2.dovecot.org/NFS).
BUT, when I try a single connection like :
$ telnet ::1 110
Trying ::1...

plot(..., type="h") w/ origin not at y=0
Is it a way to make plots with vertical lines, like plot(x, y, type="h"),
but starting from a different value than y=0.
For example, with x=1:3, y=-(1:3), y.orig=-3 :
-1 |
|
y -2 | |
| |
-3 | | |
1 2 3
x
Thanks

Why does dovecot reject password when authorizing by a certificate?
You probably need to also enable
auth_debug=yes
auth_verbose=yes
also, are you sure you just don't have wrong password?

AIC mathematical artefact or computation problem ?
Dear R user,
I have made many logistic regression (glm function) with a second order
polynomial formula on a data set containing 440 observation of 96
variables. I?ve made the plot of AIC versus the frequency
(presence/observations) of each variable and I obtain a nearly perfect
arch effect with a symmetric axe for a frequency of 0.5 . I obtain the
same effect with deterministic data. Maybe

Why does dovecot reject password when authorizing by a certificate?
I have added "auth_debug_password=yes" to "10-logging.conf" and restarted dovecot.?But I do not see any information about the password in the logs. Does this mean that the thunderbird does not send the password??Although it asks for the password and I enter one.

Why does dovecot reject password when authorizing by a certificate?
We have FreeBSD-server with dovecot installed on it as IMAP-server. My user and password database is a text file with plaintext passwords. Clients connect to imap-server via TLS protocol and plaintext password. All works fine. But I want to configure ability to authorize with a client certificates. I have generated a client certificate and imported it to email-client. Also I have configured

[SPAM: high] imap logging ?
Hi,
perhaps this is what you need.
http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Plugins/MailLog
No "mail_debug enabled" neccessary.

Oh, d'oh. I was looking for some solr debug logging in your output, but
I didn't see much of it. Then I noticed that for some reason fts-solr
has its own debug setting , while fts-tika uses mail_debug. Can you
enable that as well?
Regards,
Stephan.

%d empty even though username has @domain
hello,
Sorry to jump straight in with a question, but I've searched the
archive[0] and I'm pretty sure the answer's not there.
I'm using dovecot to replace courier imap, so authentication is by
vpopmail and the Maildirs are stored in the usual domains/domain/user/
Maildir. Everything seems to work very well, and setting it up has
been easy, so thank you very much for that.
