Hmm, yes, I think this an unnecessary RFC5322 -> RFC5321 address
translation. Will look at making a fix tomorrow.

xts indexed with Date class
Hi
I see a changed behaviour in xts indexed on class Date in the latest
versions, versus 2.
It seems to be related to changes to/from daylight savings time,
happens those weekends.
Is it not intended that class Date be used like this, or is this new
behaviour incorrect?
Giles
Example:
> a<-as.Date(15423:15426)
> x<-xts(seq_along(a),a)
> print(x)

This is about SMTPUTF8 (RFC6531). Looks like your only option is to disable
smtputf8_enable in Postfix config. Of course Dovecot should never panic, so a fix for this

Correct procedure when working on bugs tracked in bugzilla?
Hi R-core,
I have been working on squashing a few bugs in the past couple of days
(specifically I have submitted patches for
15425<https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15425>and
15253 <https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15253>) , but I
haven't been assigning the bugs to myself in bugzilla as I was not sure if
that is something only R-core members

Find the flow data from its accumulation of the panel data
Hi,
I have the panel data of income statement of several banks. The date
9803 means 1998-Q1, 9806 means 1998-Q2, etc. I transform the date code to 1
(for 1998Q1), 2 (for 1998Q2), ...., 16 (for 2011Q4) where 1, 2, .... are
placed in Col1.
Now the income statement of a specific quarter is actually the
accumulation from the beginning of the year. For example, the cost data of
1999Q3 is the
