It's getting a bit strange. You were running 2.2.25 previously and it was working then? Does the doveadm index always fail with the same errors? Also I just noticed that it's saying INBOX isn't selectable: "lucene: Failed to sync mailbox INBOX: Mailbox isn't selectable". Which I guess isn't true.
