RES: RES: v2.2.27 released
I don't see it, and can't really think of a good reason why it would happen. This happens in configure? And the first thing you ran was configure, right? No autogen.sh or autoconf/automake? -bash-4.1# cat /etc/redhat-release CentOS release 6.8 (Final) -bash-4.1# uname -a Linux test-centos6.dovecot.net 2.6.32-642.6.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Oct 5 00:36:12 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64

[trees-plugin] - Dovecot index gets corrupted, when using maildir and recievend and accessing mail at the same time
Hello dovecot team, at first I want to thank you the awesome dovecot software. I'm currently researching and developing the trees plugin (https://0xacab.org/riseuplabs/trees). In the future I would love to package this software for debian. I run into a problem, which I can not fix by myself, that's why I'm reaching out to you. The plugin is producing a reproducible error, when using

doveadm expunge didn't clear Trash mailbox
Hi, Why did my 'doveadm expunge' command not clear the Trash out of a mailbox? Catch22: user needs space to fix out of space condition
A mail user reported that he filled up his INBOX (despite reminders he was approaching his filesystem quota), and furthermore, he could not fix the situation because he couldn't expunge message he marked for deletion. The dovecot logs revealed the cause dovecot: imap(user): Error: open(/var/mail/user.lock) failed: Disc quota exceeded This created an impasse where a user cannot free

Which headers are you taking about? If you're talking about Received: headers, that's usually inserted by your MTA, not dovecot. Joseph Tam <jtam.home at gmail.com>

I've thought about doing this someday (adding snapshots to a user's namespace) but never got around to doing it. Snapshots get rotated (e.g. hourly.1 -> hourly.2 -> etc.)

Any guess at what would cause this?
