can you: $ telnet yourhost.com 25 (obviously replacing yourhost.com with whatever your domain/ip actually is) from the machine you are sending the mail from? If not make sure the service is running and make sure there isn't a firewall rule preventing this. One way around this might be to load a special Icecast XML with the relay in it at the program's broadcast time, then reload the regular one when the relayed program ends. I'm using Dovecot with Postfix as my MTA I need to set up forwarding with Dovecot. I create a .forward file in my user's home directory, and in the .forward file I put destination_email_address email at example.com. Well, it got delivered to the forwarded email just fine. But the sender also got an undeliverable email from the dovecot mailbox and a copy was not saved in the dovecot
