LLVM Machine code is in SSA.
Let's say you want to do
r = a cond b
But doing this:
if (a cond b) then
r = 1

dovecot-lda 2.2.13 crashing when sieve_before used
Hi together!
We use dovecot under Debian wheezy amd64, using the repository ...
deb http://xi.rename-it.nl/debian/ stable-auto/dovecot-2.2 main
Yesterday's routine upgrade to version 2:2.2.13-1~auto+130 (or some
other upgrade that came along from Debian?) introduced a problem with
mail delivery, which I was able to track down to a crash of dovecot-lda.
Whenever I do something like ...

[LLVMdev] PHI nodes in machine code
Could anybody quickly explain why PHI nodes instructions are necessary in
machine code? And why the code in LiveVariables.cpp which looks at those PHI
nodes (line 249 and below) is necessary.
The reason I'm asking is that I try to support 64-bit comparison and I do it
by generating code like:
// if high1 cond high2: goto operand0
// if high1 reverse_cond high2:

cvs pserver sig11 on 4.8-R
Hi all,
We recently moved our CVS repository from a 4.6-STABLE machine to a brand
new 4.8 install, on another identical machine. The server runs cvs in
'pserver' mode, for remote access by various Windows/Solaris/Linux/FreeBSD
clients.
We pretty soon noticed that the cvs server process was occasionally crashing
on sig11 (ie. a segfault). The only evidence for this was in the message

Samba server with NFSV4/kerberos
Guten tag Rainer,
We use our Samba4/Win2k8 AD domain to authenticate all our Linux/Windows/OSX workstations.
The home directories are mounted using CIFS in the Windows and OSX clients and NFS4 (krb5) in our Linux labs.
Here?s our documentation (french):

[LLVMdev] Adding ARM UDF / UND instruction to TableGen
I'm preparing a patch which adds the general form of the "permanently undefined" instruction (A8.8.247) to ARM TableGen for disassembly purposes. I've placed it below the TRAP variants already defined, and those are decoded in preference to it, so that isn't an issue, and it has no pattern so should never occur during codegen. It seems as though none of the gas versions

without installing windows). as far as i understood until

know how and which. has someone already installed ado, dcom
and vb runtime and if how it is done?

Picking an open channel (FXO port) for outbo und calls
Thanks to everyone for your quick responses to this question. I'm very
excited about the Asterisk project, and the growing community seems to be
very active these days. Hopefully when the time comes for our county's
transition to VoIP we may be able to go for an Asterisk-based solution.

SASL und APOP
Hi, all!
I configured Dovecot to use many protocols. To do this, I wrote:
mechanisms = plain digest-md5 cram-md5 apop ntlm
Very strange, if I ask the capability, I get:
CAPA
TOP
UIDL
RESP-CODES
PIPELINING
STLS
USER
SASL PLAIN DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5 NTLM
.
I can't understand why APOP is not written (but I can use it!) and why I can
see SASL, that I didn't configure...
How can I change

listescape und sieve
Hello,
bug or feature?
I'm using Dovecot 1.2.11. And because of a migration projekt I'm tempted
to use the listescape plugin.
If I understood well, it
plugin {
escape_char = "%"
}
should change the escape character to %. But it doesnt. Bug or feature?
But more important:
# sieve

does not work as expected - the folder is

managesieve und virtual plugin error v2.0
Hello,
i have a problem with the managesieve plugin and a virtual namespace in
v2.0.
The managesieve plugin complains about an unknown storage driver virtual
when i try to log intot the managesieve. I don't know if this is quite a
recent problem or if it exists for a while, as i configured the
virtual namspace from scratch. (The virtual namespace itself is working.)

%a switch for windows7 und w2008 server?
Hi
I have found this switch for seperating profiles in a mixed windows
version environment
You can also take full advantage of Samba's Variable Substitutions and
further separate User's profiles, such as by architecture. Using the
directive:
* logon path = \\%L\profiles\%U\%a
will separate the user's profiles relating to each version of Windows,
such as WinXP, WinNT, etc.

R 2.7.1 und WinEdt (PR#11806)
Hi,
under the new version R 2.7.1 I can't use WinEdt. It seems that there is
a bug in that version. To use older versions of the package RWinEdt
doens't bring success. The Use of R 2.7.0 doesn't cause that Problem.

This is getting very dangerous. We cannot take our flamewar to outside
mailing lists without making a complete fool of ourselves. Arc, would you
please refrain from doing so in future and rather come to an internal
agreement beforehand?
Arc, there are a few things you have missed:
The discussion on OggPCM2 was friendly and constructive and there were no
