fts solr ignores new mailboxes until fts rescan
Hello,
on my debian wheezy installation, I implemented fts plugin with solr as
indexing system.
I noticed that if a user creates a new folder, that folder it is ignored by
dovecot indexing until a doveadm fts rescan is performed for that user.
From that time on everything works ok on that folder.
As a test I set fts_autoindex=yes and put in that folder a brand new mail
never indexed before. in

fts solr ignores new mailboxes until fts rescan
Hi Christian,
may be the issue is related to this other post:
http://dovecot.org/pipermail/dovecot/2015-September/102094.html
Anyway, what I can tell you is that for every? user account,? for every
folders created after the last doveadm fts rescan for that user, dovecot
does not invoke indexer.
A new rescan fix the problem for all the folders created up to that moment.
I was wondering if I was

Lazy_expunge issue...
Hello everybody,
I have a question about lazy_expunge plugin.
I set up Dovecot with lazy_expunge plugin on a Debian Wheezy machine; I
setup also a global acl to keep .expunged namespace readonly for all
users. Imap client is Horde Webmail Edition 5.2.3
When I try to delete folders containing subfolders, lazy_expunge copies
into expunged private namespace only the upper level folder. The
subfolder

how add objects to an svm graphic
Dear all,
I'm not able to solve easily the following simple problem.
I really hope someone can give me some hints.
I trained an svm (e1071). Now I'd like to show the results graphically.
I used plot.svm and I'd like to add some other objects to the plot:
points, (coloured) ellipses to indicate some intersting regions, curves,
and so on...
I tried to pass these as additional

mutlivariate normal and t distributions
Dear R-help list members,
I have created a package 'mnormt' with facilities for the multivariate
normal and t distributions. The core part is simply an interface to
Fortran routines by Alan Genz for computing the integral of two
densities over rectangular regions, using an adaptive integration
method. Other R functions compute densities and generate random
numbers.

Output to connections
In the document "R Data Import/Export", section "Output to connections",
there is the following portion of code:

zz <- pipe(paste("sed s/\\./,/ >", "outfile"), "w")
cat(format(round(rnorm(100), 4)), sep = "\n", file = zz)
close(zz)

About Tcl/Tk after command in R
Dear R-helpers,
I have a problem with the tcl "after" instruction. When I send:
> library(tcltk)
Loading Tcl/Tk interface ... done
> tcl("after",1000,cat("try tcl after\n"))
try tcl after
<Tcl>
the tcl command works fine. Similarly, the tcl command:
> tcl("after",1000,plot(rnorm(100)))
<Tcl>
works fine. But, if I send the command:

R-beta: Guido's Port
I am having problems accessing sirio.stat.unipd.it/pub/R so can't get to
his latest port (Win95, v62.3, Guido's port.) I am being denied access.
This
may be a local problem with our network here, but is anyone else having a
problem? Is that site mirrored anywhere that I might be able to access?
Thanks!

heatmap ordered list
Hi,
another problem on heatmaps... after generating the graph with
myBlRd <- colorRampPalette(c("blue", "red"))
heatmap(dataHeat[Top100, ], col=myBlRd(15))
i need to retrieve the row names' list ordered by the dendrogram.
I tried with "rownames(data)[Top100]" but the list is not ordered
(as i can see in the generated picture). Any tips?
Tnx
