Can?t dovecot authenticate against imap? I will install cyrus-sasl and see how it goes. Anyway, it would be nice to have same features (authentication agains imap) in dovecot. If I will setup dovecot locally I will still have to provide it access to database (eg. /etc/dovecot/dovecot-sql.conf.ext). Even though it seems dovecot (using 2.2.33.1) supports haproxy's send-proxy-v2, it seems to lack send-proxy-v2-ssl (which also sends client's ssl state).
