Cannot delete folders from Maildir in only one account
Hi
I try to delete the folder ?test" from Thunderbird 31.4.0 (Win), Webmail (Sogo 2.2.16), or Mail 8.2 (Mac Yosemite), but I am not able to delete in this account.
Nevertheless I am able to create new folders. These new folders are not deleteable, too.
dovecot 2.2.9 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64-bit
In /var/log/mail.{err,log} I cannot see any errors.
In another account it works without any

Ok Steve,
to be sure..
run :
apt-key adv --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key 0x810273C4
if not done yet.
add to /etc/apt/source.list.d/openchange.list
deb http://inverse.ca/ubuntu trusty trusty
or
deb http://inverse.ca/ubuntu-nightly trusty trusty
to force the needed packages.

Error message Apache
I've setup Apache 2.2.9 for SOGo 1.3.2 on Debian 5.0.5. I know that the developers of Debian 5.0.5 are sometimes making choices which are not handy.
Which modules in Apache do I have to enable to make SOGo 1.3.2 working? That's what I understand from the error message here under.
Greetings, Frank

When dovecot delivery, nested maildir (<user>/maildir/maildir) is "auto"created
Scenario: Sogo/Mysql+Postfix+Dovecot(only IMAP)+LDAP (Active Directory)
To make clean the understand of my issue I've performed those step
go to /var/vmail/utente2 and perform in this directory "rm -rf *"
After I send email to utente2 via "telenet localhost 25"
I return to /var/vmail/utente2 and perform "ls -la" that shows me:

Setup sieve failed
Hi,
I try to setup sieve but I have some trouble.
Using dovecot 2.2.9 on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS.
I replaced my correct domain with ?domain.tld?.
I am able to create sieve scripts using SOGo. The scripts are created in my mailbox.
For example in /var/www/kunden/mail/domain.tld/testuser/sieve/sogo.sieve I have the following script and in same ~/sieve folder is a subdirectory available that?s

dovecot & Apple Mail & maildir & lots of Mail
Hi,
Using Mac Mail with 9 mail accounts, more than 150 folders, and 1000s of mails, I get far too many problems lately, and not only on dovecot, so I would say the problem lies with Mac Mail, and even more if you installed Yosemite. As far as I know dovecot handle very well accounts with 100000s email even if the size is very big.
And BTW, looking for a fast and reliable mail client for Mac, to

OSX Yosemite (10.10): Are package binaries the same as for OSX Mavericks (10.9)?
I'm trying to help someone to troubleshoot possible OSX Yosemite
issues, but I've only got access to OSX (< 10.9) so I cannot check
myself.
When building/installing binary R packages, there are different
binaries depending on OSX version. For instance, CRAN provides
different binaries for 'OS X Snow Leopard' and 'OS X Mavericks', e.g.

Installing SOGo on Centos 5
Hello,
I was following directions at:
http://www.sogo.nu/english/support/faq/article/how-to-install-sogo-and-sope-through-yum-1.html
to install SOGo on CentOS 5.9 and, noticing that among the dependencies
is memcached and rpmforge includes a much more recent version than EPEL,
I preferred rpmforge and therefore I set a higher priority for rpmforge
repo (see below).
[Note: I guess I could have

why is dovecot "Allowing any password"

Well, the thing is: SOGo has this ability to behave like a *real*
exchange server, as if it's running on a windows server. And this
enables Outlook to connect to it like it would to an exchange server.
