Dovecot/Sieve shortcuts?
Hi, Is there a clean way to match on an email address the way procmail ^TO_ did? that was a macro which expanded to (^((Original-)?(Resent-)?(To|Cc|Bcc)|(X-Envelope |Apparently(-Resent)?)-To):(.*[^-a-zA-Z0-9_.])?) so you could write * ^TO_dovecot dovecot and grab messages to the list. In sieve, I find myseld writing ["To","cc"] and wonder if there's a better way. Adam

Hi, everyone, 1. As advised in?Debugging Authentication, I turned on auth_debug and auth_debug_passwords, and now in the mail log I get an additional message: dovecot: auth: passwd(xxx,xxx,<40AjQMFHSLVLGJAC>): invalid password field '*' Of course neither the password I tried nor the actual password was '*'. That's what's in /etc/passwd, but dovecot isn't just

Multiple IMAP Mailboxes and one collection folder
Hello, we use many IMAP folders and now we are searching for a way to display all mails inside this folders in one collecting folder. The advantage for us would be the possibility to view all new incoming mails in one folder. It would be possible to use the standard MAIL App on the iOS without problems. I could simply make a copy of all mails in one folder with Sieve, but then the Per-user Seen

Thanks, but how? I looked through solr documentation and found anything useful. For now got it working setting up nginx and strip down the header, but I think it isn't the proper solution. Parsing variables in config files
Hello, I'm trying to set up a mailbox for a bunch of domains. To do so I'm running some docker containers (I know I can use multidomain set up and I'm doing so, but I need to have some domains on different containers for specific reasons). In order to keep it all clean, I want to use different PostgreSQL databases for each container, and I'm running the container with an

Is this assumption correct?
Hello list we encounter a weird SSL issue with one of our dovecot (2.2.24 on Centos6) which we can only explain if our assumtion is correct Symptoms are that imaps connections (on port 993) suddenly get veeeery slow. Up to 180s for one connection with openssl s_client The thing we do not understand is that in the same time imap connections with starttls are just 1s. We can see that entropy on the

I run dovecot + postfix as my email server. Everything is working as expected, but I see an error in the dovecot logs: lmtp(7331): Error: SSL context initialization failed, disabling SSL: ENGINE_init(dynamic) failed Dovecot is running and emails are OK. I wonder why this error and how I can fix it? I see it is a SSL issue but no idea in which direction to look. Thank you for help

Dovecot/Sieve shortcuts?
Thanks! This is super-interesting. As I try to set up include, I get failures which may indicate a need for more coffee, but in /etc/dovecot/cond.f/90-sieve.conf I have: plugin { # Directory for :personal include scripts. The default is to use home directory. sieve_dir = %h/.sieve # Directory for :global include scripts (not to be confused with sieve_global_path). # If
