[Jason Gunthorpe <jgg@ualberta.ca>] Global RSA hosts patch
Here's a patch from Jason Gunthorpe that looks generally useful.
It's actually aimed at the Debian LDAP setup, so we can have a file
generated from everyone's ssh_identity data, and still only allow each
person to log in as themselves.
Cheers, Phil.
P.S. I hope the MIME inclusion survives, if not I'll put a copy here:

ntlm_auth random failures with dovecot
I'm still a bit fuzzy on exactly what has blown up here since my 1.2
install (or maybe it was broken then and I never noticed), but it
looks like the way dovecot is calling out to ntlm_auth is violating
the --helper-protocol=squid-2.5-ntlmssp scheme.
The issue is how it handles simultaneous clients connecting - for
instance launching thunderbird with NTLM auth creates multiple imapds

talloc access after free error ntlmssp_server.c:457
Our new/fresh dovecot imap installation on CentOS (latest from yum repository, which is 2.2.10) is locking up with a panic on a consistent basis and denying service to subsequent clients. The behavior is repeatable. Have spent weeks debugging and trying different configurations with no success.
Specific /var/log/maillog error messages are:

I saw this config option, but I didn't realize that.
The issue also occurs with 4.3. I even tried 4.3-rc1 with the same results.
Would the DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION effect 3D?

wikki problem
I'm trying to post a script on the wikki but it keeps screwing up the
text because it interprets the text as commands that cause graphical
errors.
Is there some trick to make the wiki think that the text is just text?

Bug#793921: tftpd-hpa: IPv6 address cannonization breaks IPv4
Take 2 at bouncing this to the rest of the original recipients through a
different MTA, since mail.zytor.com refused to accept it the first time.
Please re-add Jason Gunthorpe <jgg at obsidianresearch.com> and
793921 at bugs.debian.org to the CC for replies.

Unable to access AD with ADExplorer
Hi,
I have a test AD running Samba on Ubuntu that I sometimes poke with Sysinternal's ADExplorer.
A few days ago I tried connecting to it, but got a short reply of "The directory service is not available."
As it was working earlier, I tried finding the problem.
After installing a few older releases, I found that it was working on Ubuntu 17.04, Samba 4.5.8 and stopped working on

Ubuntu 18.04, bound to Windows AD, sssd auth, Samba 4.7.6: Can't get no share satisfaction
OK, At a loss for what to try next.
According to this page, it should be possible to make this work:
http://www.hexblot.com/blog/centos-7-active-directory-and-samba
However, I can't get AD users to authenticate when I run
net use * \\cns-cryo-road1\my_share /user:austin\pgoetz
Authenticating via ssh, su, or from the console using the same AD
UserName is not a problem.

squid ntlm_auth not working on versions above 3.0.26
Hello. I am using squid with ntlm authentication against a samba PDC. It has worked for me perfectly in debian etch with samba version 3.0.24, and ubuntu Gutsy with samba 3.0.26a.
But when I have upgraded those servers to hardy (samba 3.0.28a) and lenny (3.2.3), thn sqwuid auth has stopped working, without any other config change.
Squid version I am using is 2.6-STABLE17, and . I am using the

I'm trying to authenticate PPP (in fact l2tp...) users with Active

Are any versions of the Cisco 7940/7960 or 7940G/7960G phones compatible
with the 802.4af Power over Ethernet Standard?
Ok, I know the question has been asked before, but googling has turned up
several contradictory results:
1/ No - not at all
2/ Maybe - 79XXG will work
3/ With a special cable/dongle (a la wikki)
I am looking at getting
