Continuous Release (CR) Repository has been released for CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 for X86_64, i386, armhfp, aarch64, power9, ppc64le
We have pushed the CR repository for CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 for following
architectures:
x86_64
i386
armhfp
aarch64
power9
ppc64le
We are currently still working on the ppc64 / ppc architecture as we are
having issues with some of the 32bit ppc mulitlib builds.
CR is basically the packages that will update your install from CentOS
Linux 7.5.1804 to 7.6.1810, minus the centos-release rpm and the

Performance tests on POWER8 or POWER9
Hi all,
Last year the POWER8 and POWER9 specific improvements (for PowerPC)
were completely rewritten, but as of yet no accurate performance tests
of these have been performed. I have validated functionality and rough
performance checks for these through Travis CI, but the numbers I get
through that vary wildly.
Recently the C code that these improvements mirror has been changed to

Upcoming changes to downloading AltArch .iso images
Hi, this notice is for those who employ some sort of an automation to
download AltArch (ie. aarch64, armhfp, i386, power9, ppc64, ppc64le)
CentOS 7 .iso/.raw.xz images from mirror.centos.org. Those using a
regular browser to download these images are not particularly affected,
and you can continue to the next message.
Previously, only main architecture .iso image downloads from
mirror.centos.org
