Count cases by indicator
Hi,
In the data below, "case" represents cases, "x" binary states. Each
"case" has exactly 9 "x", ie is a binary vector of length 9.
There are 2^9=512 possible combinations of binary states in a given
"case", ie 512 possible vectors. I generate these in the order of the
decimals the vectors represent, as:

Ubuntu 12.04 64bit + Wine 1.5.3 (or 1.4) + .NET Framework3.0
First of all it's clean installation of Kubuntu 12.04 64-bit.
Then:
Code:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine1.5
Then I got a 32-bit wine environment:
Code:
rm -rf .wine
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winecfg
Then I tried to install .NET Framework3.0:
Code:
wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks dotnet30

Progress on the Polycom front...
Hello,
Good news on the Polycom front for those that are interested. It looks like
we may get a dedicated Engineer for Polycom/Asterisk!!! Happy Day!
Here's the message I got tonight:
Matt:
I heard back from our VP of Engineering- she is prepared to have an
individual dedicated to working on the Digium- Asterisk project.
Can we discuss again Friday or mid next week?

Best Asterisk Platform
What is the best asterisk platform to use? What are you guys using?
I am looking for something to host either in our data center or at the
customer prem where I have the control over the unit and not through a
contractor.
I dont mind paying a license fee for a front end interface but still would
rather not have to pay.
Thanks,
--Eric

PBX selection
The solution you choose should be based on many factors which should include your business requirements, team's experience, your budget, growth expectations and more.
You can choose Asterisk or Freeswitch as a platform and start building on that - but it is not simple and being new to VoIP you are likely to make mistakes. The "do-it-yourself" approach will some money initially, but
