SSH Logging
Hi,
I'd like to be able to log file transfers to/from an SSH server
(both through scp and sftp-server).
Perhaps I'm not looking in the right places, but I don't see a
way of doing this in the current code. The "scponly" shell goes
some (small) way towards doing this, however, it logs patterns
rather than filenames in scp transfers. I have even less success
with sftp.

Was: WinNT 4.0 Wrkstaion reconnecting all local drives to Samba 1.9.16p11 share
Hi,
just want to answer my own question a while ago.
My Win NT 4.0 wrkst kept reconnecting to our Samba server (Aix 3.2.5)
until all
local drives where used!
This has been resolved by changing the setup on the NT workstation to
local settings for
Norway. (It used to be US settings).
Anyway, it now has stopped reconnecting. My only smb.conf parameters
that **maybe** caused this to happen

Did something change from 7.2 to 8.0 involving pxelinux?
I've got a working RH7.2 pxelinux setup, however, this new hardware we
just aquired
has a newer NIC card in it that 7.2 has no drivers for. And these
systems come
without CD or floppy (rack mounts). So I'm unable to provide a drv
floppy. And I
don't know how to tell pxelinux.0 config file to look elsewhere on the
net for
the drvnet.img.
So, I'm going to move on up to RH8.0

How do you convert vmlinux to vmlinuz?
I wanted to try and incorporate a statically linked driver in my
netbooted kernel for the new 1Gig NIC interface that's coming on
our latest machines. So I built a new kernel and included support
for the e1000 driver.
Now how do I turn this vmlinux file into a vmlinuz file?
file vmlinux
vmlinux: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1, statically linked, not stripped

using "\t" in mtext
Hi,
Using tab spaces in mtext e.g.
> mtext("\t")
little squares are plotted. Is there a way to use "\t" without getting
squares displayed?
Thanks

Isolation and time
(Moving from offlist discussion.)
I''m interested in opinions... Assume there are four
single vcpu domains A, B, C, D, running on a 2-CPU
physical machine. We wish to test for time skew on
domain A. Assuming B, C, and D are all running
some workload that attempts to fully saturate the
(single) cpu.
1) Should the affect on domain A be essentially the
same regardless of what load

Does xen-4.2.0 support VGA passthrough with the virtual machine created by xl command?
Hi, everyone!
I am working on xen-4.2.0 with spice remote connect. My host is Fedora 14
and guest is win7.
I have installed spice package and now I can connect to guest by spice
client.
For better graphics experience, I want to try the VGA passthrough.
With spice tool, I have to create a VM by xl command, and now I am
wondering if it supports VGA passghrouth?
If so, how should I test it ?
