channel device "state" value missing within OpenStack Kilo version
Hi,
I've installed a OpenStack KILO all-in-one .
For private need , I've to add a channel device to all my GUESTS on my compute node.
It works fine (e.g. via a virsh command).
Problem is that , in the xml describing the Guest , this 'state' value :
<target type='virtio' name='agent' state='disconnected'/>
showing if the channel is connected

Libvirtd hooks in Centos 7
I would like to create some libvirt hooks. This is so the hypervisor can
execute some scripts during starting or stopping of a KVM guest.
According to https://www.libvirt.org/hooks.html they must be present.
However, it seems in Centos 7 these hooks are gone in /etc/libvirt/
Libvirtversion: 1.2.8-16.el7_1.4
OS version: CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503 (Core)
Anyone how solved this riddle?

bug in Libvirt(-python)?
Hi,
I've noticed that the capacity of the disk in one of my VMs is
completely wrongly reported by the python api. The image was transfered
using scp but the transfer was aborted and now the api show a strange value:
[root@virt83 ~]# du -h /var/lib/libvirt/images/test-disk1
706M /var/lib/libvirt/images/test-disk1
[root@virt83 ~]# ls -lh /var/lib/libvirt/images/test-disk1

CentOS 7 Xen 4.4.3 packages available for in virt7-xen-44-testing
Updated Xen 4.4.3 packages have passed my local smoke tests, and are
now available.
Full C7 release is still waiting on suitable testing for the libvirt packages.
If someone wants to step up to give the libvirt packages a decent
smoke test, that will speed the C7 release process significantly.
Otherwise it will have to wait until I get a chance to write some
automated smoke tests.

Looking for Asterisk+Pacemaker+Corosync+DRBD example
I'm trying to setup a pair of FreePBX-4.211.64 boxes using Pacemaker,
Corosync, and DRBD.
All the examples I've found so far use Heartbeat, but Heartbeat is not in
the repositories and doesn't want to compile from source.
Does anyone have a working configuration they can share or a tutorial they
can point me to?
Also, what does drbdlinks bring to the party? Isn't just linking
