virt-sandbox-service
Is there any documentation/tutorial that explains how to use virt-sandbox-service? After looking at some writeups about virt-sandbox-service, this looks like a good tool for something I need to do. But, following the "examples" I cannot get anything to work correctly. With a simple xfce install with httpd, lighttpd, and libvirt-sandbox installed, I tried: 1. virt-sandbox-service

NUT configuration complicated by Stonith/Fencing cabling
Roger, Thanks for your reply. As I understand it, for reliable fencing a node cannot be responsible for fencing itself, as it may not be functioning properly. Hence my "cross over" setup. The direct USB connection from Webserver1 to UPS-Webserver2 means that Webserver1 can fence (cut the power to) Webserver2 if the cluster software decides that it is necessary. If my UPSes were able to

Docker swarm service misconfigured in FirewallD / CentOS 7
Hi, I'm currently fiddling with Docker Swarm on three sandbox servers running CentOS 7. Unfortunately I couldn't get even the most basic configuration running. After some experimenting and investigating, it turns out there's a problem with FirewallD. Here's what I did first on every single node. # firewall-cmd --permanent --add-service=docker-swarm # firewall-cmd --reload I

[PATCH server] use service layer for Network controller.
There's still room for additional refactoring as we may want to eventually split out nic, bonding, and ip address manipulation into their own controller/svc module, but that would be a much more extensive redesign than we want to deal with for the overall service layer creation refactoring. Nginx on CentOS 7: which one for production?
Hi, I'm currently fiddling with Nginx to get acquainted with its various quirks and idiosyncrasies. I have a public CentOS 7 sandbox server, and I've tried various setups. Install the binary from EPEL, install various binaries from SCLo, build from source. I wonder which version is recommended for production use on CentOS 7. Any suggestions? Cheers & happy Christmas holidays,

"auth_cache_verify_password_with_worker = yes" does not work with proxy
Hello, i use a proxy only configuration with version 2.2.22 (Ubuntu 16.04) and have now transferred it to version 2.3.10. This works as before. But as soon as i use "auth_cache_verify_password_with_worker = yes", it does not work anymore. The first login still works, but from the second one, where the answer comes from the cache, there is an error. The login is still accepted but

[CentOS-devel] docker and docker-latest packages on CentOS Virt SIG
Moving this discussion to centos-virt@ as it's upto the SIG to decide on how this moves ahead. I'm hoping to have 2 new koji tag sets: virt7-docker-fedora-* (will have fedora rpms rebuilt) virt7-docker-el-* (will have rhel candidate builds before they are released or land in centos extras) The -el-* repos will help to have Virt SIG as sort of an upstream and early QA for both RHEL and

docs update suggestions for docker and related packages
What's the best place to update the docs/howto for docker and related packages on centos? Could I add to http://wiki.centos.org/Cloud/Docker?highlight=(docker) or is this for the rhel-recompiled docker? Also, what about docker-registry? Does that need a new page? -- Lokesh Freenode, OFTC: lsm5 GPG: 0xC7C3A0DD -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... Name:
