Trying To Move From CentOS 6.10 To CentOS 7.5
I have this machine running CentOS 6.10 x86_64 and it's ripe to be moved
to CentOS 7.5.
I mounted the DVD and rebooted and went through the graphic install
until I reached the point of allocating the disks. It showed no
available disk drives. There are 6 disk drives on this machine: 4 - 1 TB
and 2 - 2 TB all WD Black - they have been made up with /dev/sda1 (1024
MB) and /dev/sdd1 (1024

LVM problem after adding new (md) PV
Hello,
I have a weird problem after adding new PV do LMV volume group.
It seems the error comes out only during boot time. Please read the story.
I have couple of 1U machines. They all have two, four or more Fujitsu-Siemens
SAS 2,5" disks, which are bounded in Raid1 pairs with Linux mdadm.
First pair of disks has always two arrays (md0, md1). Small md0 is used
for booting and the rest - md1

Centos 6 Software RAID 10 Setup
I am setting up a Centos 6.5 box to host some Openvz containers. I
have a 120gb SSD I am going to use for boot, / and swap. Should allow
for fast boots. Have a 4TB drive I am going to mount as /backup and
use to move container backups too etc. The remaining four 3TB drives
I am putting in a software RAID 10 array and mount as /vz and all the
containers will go there. It will have by far the

CentOS 6.3, x86_64.
I have noticed when building a new software RAID-6 array on CentOS 6.3
that the mismatch_cnt grows monotonically while the array is building:

grub To grub2 Migration
I'm trying to move to CentOS 7.? One of my concerns is how to make the
changes to grub that supports booting from either of the disk partitions
that make up /dev/md0 (/dev/sda1 and /dev/sdb1) or whatever it would be
under CentOS 7.
Is there some document or tutorial available on making the move from
CentOS 6 to CentOS 7?

How Can I ...
I've got a WD My Passport Ultra 1TB (USB) plugged into my router and I

see the device as drive 'Y'. I use this device several ways, i.e. all my
Windows machines use the same Firefox bookmarks and cookies
I've got 5 machines running CentOS 6 x86_64 and I'd like to know what do
I have to do for them to
