similar to: Conky on CentOS 8

Hi I've been using conky in conjunction with gcalcli on Scientific Linux 7 to display google calendar data on screen. In CentOS 8, I have set up the gcalcli part, but I can't find a conky rpm. Is anyone working on creating this for CentOS 8? There appears to be an rpm for fedora 28 onwards, but there are dependency issues. Can anyone help? -- Cheers Bill

hi. i'm building a package using autotools. to propagate the package version number from configure.ac to DESCRIPTION, i'm using a DESCRIPTION.in file. both of these files are "shar"'d below. i need to distribute the DESCRIPTION.in file, as ./configure will need it. but, "R CMD check" wants to look at DESCRIPTION, so i've let that also come into the package

Hi, I just installed and configured Conky, and I'd like to automatically launch it whenever I start a GNOME session. I might be tempted of testing out your kernel RPMs but unavailability or the source RPM and the SMP version are definite showstoppers. Please provide them.
