smart card auth
I updated my work desktop to kernel-3.10.0-1062.4.1.el7.x86_64 yesterday
as I was leaving. This morning booted into that new kernel I was unable
to login using my common access card.? Rebooted in the previous kernel
(3.10.0-1062.1.2.el7.x86_64) and smart card login works fine. Anyone
else seeing any similar problems?? I haven't had time to dig deeply into
the logs yet but I did a bunch of

Failed when join to an existing Active Directory Domain
The master DC runs on Debian 7 and samba 4.1.10. I know this is bad because
both versions are too old, but I'm trying to resolve it with upgrade my
secondaries DC's. The DC that has failed to join this domain runs on
CentOS7, kernel release 3.10.0-1062.1.2.el7.x86_64, and samba 4.10.2.
I have a friend that know so much about MS solutions (he has MS
certificate) and he has asked me if

Panic at "doveadm backup" (mailbox_symlink_exists): assertion failed: (ret > 0)
Hi.
I try to sync from a dovecot server to another server via the following command.
doveadm -D -o mail_fsync=never -o imapc_user=info at DOMAIN.COM -o
imapc_password='PASS' backup -R -u info at DOMAIN.COM imapc:
After some short runtime I get the following panic.

Dovecot Index Corruption and dovecot-uidlist Issues
Hello,
We have recently implemented dovecot directors to resolve an ongoing NFS lock/corruption issue. Everything was working great! So we updated our servers from centos 7.3 to 7.7 and dovecot 2.2.10 to 2.3.8
This was a bit of a failure and we were getting spammed with corrupt index files and logs. After we clear the index files with rm rf/mail/d/e/username/Maildir/dovecot*, they just come back

[PATCH] Fix for udev >= 176
I've pushed this upstream already, since Fedora Rawhide doesn't work
without this patch. I'm posting here for the benefit of other distros
that might hit this problem.

[Bug 176] OpenSSH_3.1p1 gives X_ShmAttach error on forwarded X11 channel
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=176
------- Additional Comments From stevesk at pobox.com 2002-03-31 04:25 -------
X11UseLocalHost=no is the way to revert to prior behaviour.
from debug output your Xlib looks like it's trying to use
a shared memory transport, which won't work with ssh X11
forwarding.
if the client uses X11 R6 libs, it will usually work with
