Creating Program Manager groups/launchers

Is it possible to create groups in Program Manager that persist across
invocations of wine? I have tried, but when I relaunch progman I just
get an empty screen. I haven't tried to create program launchers, but
would like to know that as well.
I didn't see anything in the docs I read or a quick google, so I'm not
sure if it's
