[Fwd: [Bug 1699331] gssproxy segmentation fault]
Hi, folks, Especially Johnny - could you possibly push this fix through as soon as upstream puts it out? It's a real issue for us - we've had a number of servers whether gssproxy keeps SEGVing, which hits NFS and samba. Thanks in advance. mark ---------------------------- Original Message ---------------------------- Subject: [Bug 1699331] gssproxy segmentation fault

Fwd: ABRT Daemon/sosreport disaster
On Sunday, I did a "yum update" which installed kernel 2.6.32-573.3.1.el6.i686 on half a dozen virtual machines running CentOS 6.7. Since then, two of them have gone into "meltdown", and started spewing "ABRT Daemon" emails: one on Tuesday, and one tonight. The machines have a very light workload -- one runs "trac", and a handful of development systems,

C 7 and gssproxy
Ok, folks, I brought this up some time ago, and got no replies. We have a good number of systems - > 100 - and we use sssd. On the C 7 boxen, which is most of them, gssproxy *frequently* (like once a day or so) dies with a SEGV. It restarts fine. Dies again eventually. ARE other people seeing this? If so, I guess we get to file a bug report with upstream. Speaking as an old C

Hi Martin: Actually, I have installed all the debuginfo for this coredump file. But the netcf debuginfo report "mismatch" as below: warning: the debug information found in "/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib64/libnetcf.so.1.4.0.debug" does not match "/lib64/libnetcf.so.1" (CRC mismatch). So I ignore this warning before. You can check what I did on the attachment

ABRT for CentOS Linux is now live
ABRT is a collection of scripts that makes it easier to report bugs and crashes in various components of the distribution to a central server. Metadata from this allows developers and upstream projects to evaluate their priority chain, and also get crucial information on why their software might not be performing as expected on CentOS Linux. This information is sent to the server in a json format

I know that the VM is using Red Hat,but seeing that RHEL/CentOS are pretty much the same thing, I figured I should ask the CentOS mailing list for help.
