similar to: Firefox Issue

Has anyone come across a device that could cancel out the noise from servers, ie. the fan noise? I have a server rack near my office and would like to see if i can decrease the noise level. It would seem to me that the steady drone of the fans could be cancelled out to a large extent.

On CentOS 4.6 fully updated, stock Firefox, if I type in http://www.youtube.com in the address bar it always goes to http://tw.youtube.com and has the encoding all messed up. With Firefox updated to firefox-78.3.0-1.el6.centos.x86_64, I cannot get sound from Firefox. I've tried restarting pulseaudio, also logging out and logging back in. No help. Other A/V apps work just fine. Downgrading to firefox-68.12.0-1.el6.centos.x86_64 makes sound work again. For now, I've excluded version firefox-78.3.0-1 from yum updates. Anyone else seeing this? I can ssh -X myuser at theremote-mac but I cannot run /usr/bin/firefox. I can run "open -a Firefox" on the mac but then it just opens firefox on the mac Thoughts?
