SecureBoot : rolling out new shim pkgs for CentOS 7.5.1804 in CR repository - asking for testers/feedback
When we consolidated all CentOS Distro builders in a new centralized
setup, covering all arches (so basically x86_64, i386, ppc64le, ppc64,
aarch64 and armhfp those days), we wanted also to add redundancy where
it was possible to.
The interesting "SecureBoot" corner case came on the table and we had to
find a different way to build the following packages:

Is it possible to synchronize locally the CR repo?
We usually synchronize all repositories in our internal network via
the third-party mirrors, but since the CR repo won't be available
there, it would

We have pushed the CR repository for CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 for following
architectures:
x86_64
i386
armhfp
aarch64
power9
ppc64le
We are currently still working on the ppc64 / ppc architecture as we are

CentOS6 CR repo - depsolving problem
All,
Has anyone else had a problem with the CR repo on a 6.4 or 6.5 system?
I have a test VM that has the CentOS6 CR repo enabled and it recently (well
a week or so) started having dependency problems. It's choking on
dependencies for ca-cerfificates. Obviously there aren't any CR packages
yet for 6.5 so a zero package count and empty directory on the mirror [0]
are legitimate. But

Using the CR repo
Folks
I am trying to use the CR repo in for yum, but find that nothing is
getting updated. The repository isn't even listed in the yum run.
The file contents of /etc/yum.repo.d/CentOS-CR, after I adjusted the
priority is:
# CentOS-CR.repo
#
# The continuous release ( CR ) repository contains rpms from the
# next point release of CentOS, which isnt itself released as yet.

CR repo update disaster for my desktop.
Sorry for top post, my android BlueMail will not let me insert at the bottom.
I have found that tracker-extract seems to trigger a segfault. I note this is not updated in CR, but comes from base. Removal of tracker seems too harsh as it has dependant modules like brasero, evince, grilo, nautilus and totem.
Maybe there is an obscure relationship in tracker that need attention.
Stumpped.
