one brick one volume process dies?
These symptoms appear to be the same as I've recorded in this post:

one brick one volume process dies?
Additionally the brick log file of the same brick would be required. Please
look for if brick process went down or crashed. Doing a volume start force
should resolve the issue.

Samba update to 4.10 (with c7.8) - broken -?
hi guys
I've just let the system to get big update to 7.8 and with
it came new Samba(4.10.4-10.el7.x86_64), a version with now
fails on my boxes for no apparent reasons.
My Samba uses LDAP backend but I can see no errors related
to that neither.

why would replicated to server ask for extra fs permissions?
I think I'm near getting a simple replication, but on server
which is still "empty" I get:
Initialization failed: Namespace '':
mkdir(/var/spool/mail/ccnr.biotechnology/nr412/Maildir)
failed: Permission denied (euid=1187(nr412) egid=513(Domain
Users) missing +w perm: /var/spool/mail, we're not in group

IPA Client Install
Hi Folks.
I have installed an ipa server on a linux CentOS release 6.4 (Final). It is using outside DNS. I have https console access authenticating admin user through kerberos, and have migrated information on 80+ users and groups to it from a LDAP server.
Packages related to ipa installed are:
[root ~]# rpm -qa | grep ipa
ipa-server-selinux-3.0.0-26.el6_4.2.x86_64

one brick one volume process dies?
hi everyone
I have 3-peer cluster with all vols in replica mode, 9 vols.
What I see, unfortunately, is one brick fails in one vol,
when it happens it's always the same vol on the same brick.
Command: gluster vol status $vol - would show brick not online.
Restarting glusterd with systemclt does not help, only
system reboot seem to help, until it happens, next time.
How to troubleshoot this

Win32: problem with tinc-up script
Okey, after more extensive R&D and testing I came up with 2
final solutions:
1) external tool: wipchg
2) internal tincd: wait_device(int secs)
Both solution works 100% time (tested on Win2003).
I publish them here, so interested parties can do they own testing.
1) ftp://borg.uu3.net/home/borg/tmp/wipchg.tgz
You need Mingw compiler to build this.

Win32: problem with tinc-up script
Okey, after more testing its not working 100%
Seems when tinc start when windows is booting, the
windows IP stack does a lot of other things and
so NotifyAddrChange() returns earlier for other interfaces probably.
Seems fixing that is much harder that I expected.
More research is needed to correctly fix that.
