Nicolas,
Did you play with nvidia-settings? Maybe also wipe out xorg.conf and start afresh.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I spent a few hours fiddling with
various driver versions and configurations. In the end, I simply ripped
out the %&#@$ Quadro card and replaced it with a GeForce 8300, which
works perfectly with the kmod-nvidia-340xx driver.

Yes, sometimes the only winning move is not to play. :-D

Simple vector question.
I have some data that I read in via read.csv:
sales2007 <- read.csv("Total2007.dat", header=TRUE)
The data looks like:

Nouveau driver for NVIDIA Quadro M620?
Dear Nouveau developers,
I have a Dell precision M3520 laptop and I have installed fedora 26 but
the nouveau driver does not seem to recognise my graphic card NVIDIA
Quadro M620. Indeed I can't see it in the llist of the supported card.
Do you have any idea whether it will become available and when?
Thank you for your help.
All the best,
Patrick

cheapest virtualizable Quadro
Hi all,
I am running a VNC terminal server on a virtualized host,
and I would like to add OpenGL support using VirtualGL, which
relies on HW accelerated rendering on the server side.
Since in my case the server is a domU, I need VGA Passthru for this.
Therefore, I need a graphics card that supports virtualization.
I am aware that the NVIdia Quadro FX 3800 card (and up) are guaranteed
to work,

Nvidia Quadro 4 on CRT monitor: Frequency out of range...
Hello,
I'm currently failing to install Linux to an older PC. It has a Nvidia Quadro 4
graphics adapter built in and is connected to a 21" CRT monitor.
Shortly after the kernel started to boot, my screen says "Frequency out of range".
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks in advance
Yours
Manuel

nvidia quadro cards ddr ram access
Hey all,
I want to access the ddr ram onboard nvidia quadro cards. Basically
I wanna test the throughput of a PCIe RC driver. How is it mapped? Can I
address it using any BARs? Any help would be appreciated.
