CentOS for PowerPC Board ( Freescale T2080) with U-Boot
Hello, I got CentOS for PPC64 from this link <http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/isos/ppc64/> but it uses grub. I want to use CentOS on a PowerPC Freescale T2080 board with U-Boot as the boot loader. Is it available? Thanks and regards Jaytirth S. Khairatkar | Assistant Manager -------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------

ARM support from CentOS
To give you a proper answer, I'd need to know if you're looking for 64bit arm (aarch64/arm64) support or 32bit armhfp support. Assuming 64bit, we support Applied Micro's X-Gene family of processors, Cavium's ThunderX, as well as Qualcomm's QDF 24xx line. We maintain support for the AMD Seattle SoC as well, but that doesn't appear to be getting updates that I know of. We

[LLVMdev] Build times on ARM
I recently got a tegra TK1 and was curious how fast it was compared to my previous arm "build machine": the original arm Samsung chromebook. I timed running ninja to build just llvm in Release+Asserts using clang as the host compiler. chromebook: real 84m30.939s user 163m50.145s sys 4m0.100s TK1: real 34m7.376s user 132m44.417s sys 3m3.543s A really nice

Syslinux Aarch64 porting
Hi, Is there any information available on porting Syslinux to 64bit ARM? Specifically, I have a Cavium ThunderX board (Gigabyte R120-T30) which boots using UEFI - b2b.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5864#ov I'd be very interested in getting this to work, as currently the only option for booting on this platform is Grub 2 or EFI Stub. If anyone can point me in the right

histogram method for S4 class.
Hi, I'm trying to develop an histogram method for a class called "FLQuant" which is used by the package FLCore (http://flr-project.org). FLQuant is an extension to "array". There is an as.data.frame method that coerces flquant into a data.frame suitable for lattice plotting. The problem is that when I coerce the object and plot it after it works but if the method is

Stuck trying to boot Xen 4.3 on Arm Midway
I am trying to extract and combine the various pieces of information found in [1] and its sub-pages and the Xen in-tree documentation in order to make xen boot (potentially non-smp without some later changes). But since I am not familiar enough with Arm I think I am stuck doing something wrong. I compiled the hypervisor with debug and early printk for midway and use the xen.bin file (I could get

Quicken fonts
I just installed Quicken 2001 using the 0914 version of Wine built from source code on my Fedora Core 2 machine. I followed the Quicken install instruction #2 on Franks Corner site. The installation went fine and everything seems to work well. But some of the fonts are unreadable. Here is a screen shot of what I am referring to (the problem fonts are circled):

ARM64 CentOS AltArch release 7.5
Hi, I have two questions: (1) In 7.3 CentOS released a rootfs tar for ARM64. I can no longer find this under the 7.5 release. Furthermore, I could also not find anything on the ISO that seems rootfs-like in any near complete state. The closest was the LiveOS/rootfs.img, but it seems this is not a complete fs as yum is missing components, for example. So my question is: Is there any way to still
