[Bug 118] NAT stops working
https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=118 ------- Additional Comments From owlman@ss.pub.ro 2004-01-05 15:46 ------- Well, here I am again. I just spent one hour tracking the newest instance of the bug. At the end of it I found a workaround and a new direction to search for it. I remind everyone that the machine is a Slackware box with a 2.4.23- vanilla kernel.

werr_access_denied when running setdriver for a printer
Hi all, I'm getting WERR_ACCESS_DENIED error for some of the printers when running setdriver printer_name printer_driver as part of the cupsaddsmb step. Weirdly, it works for some printers, and never works for others, while all the printers have the same settings. Samba 3.5.20 with CUPS 1.5.4. Does this part of log give any clue of why could this happen? function print_access_check() --

Hai marco, More info on squid config might help here and no smb.conf.. Ahead of things... And you better use something like this, change to negotiate auth. ( and use SSO ). auth_param negotiate program /usr/lib/squid/negotiate_wrapper_auth \ --kerberos /usr/lib/squid/negotiate_kerberos_auth -s HTTP/proxy1.internal.domain.tld at REALM \ #Or if you dont have the SPN set. --kerberos

Migrate samba3.5 classic domain to Windows2008R2
I have a Samba 3.5.20 domain controller that provides logins and profiles for our Windows XP computer labs on campus. In earlier testing, we encountered performance issues with Windows 7 logins. Although that has now been resolved, management is discourged from continuing to use Samba as a domain controller. I have now been tasked with migrating our classic academic domain to Windows 2008R2

Hi list... I work for a school in the netherlands with a 2mbit Internet uplink and about 3800 eager student who want to play games on the Internet using one of our 800 workstations. Problem was that those game playing students are concentrated in 2 of our 6 physical locations... and they consumed the bandwidth which the other location would like to use for educational purposes.
