Working on installing mailgraph on Centos7-arm - challenges with rpms
One of the joys with getting a little ahead of where epel-armv7hl is, is
trying to install packages where not all the dependencies have been
debugged.
So I am trying to install mailgraph, that i get the noarch rpm from
Centos7-x86_64.
But it needs RRD which I actually got from the armv7hl building; it just
did not make it to the repo.
But it wants libpango and libpangocairo.
I can't

pwdump on german NT
Hi,
I had trouble getting the pwdump program to work correctly on a german
version of NT4SP3.
I believe the problem is based on the fact that the german group
'Administrators' is called 'Administratoren', and Administrators is
hard-coded into the utility. Would it be possible to make that an optional
parameter?
Unfortunately, I have no access to a C-Compiler on an NT-station, so

New version 2.6.1- the menu is written in german
Dear all,

me, usually it is English the language used.
I download the last version from several mirrors from different
English and Spanish spoken countries, but the result is the same; when
opening R, the menu appears in German.
Can someone tell me how

asterisk13: no voicemail prompt in German
According to the instructions given at
https://www.asterisksounds.org/de
I converted and installed German prompts successfully and for numbers, I can successfully
listen to a German female voice counting or telling the date/time.
But unlikily, somehow the voicemail prompt is still English, although my general language
settings are "de".
I use pjsip.conf, not sip.conf.

German date format in voicemail emails
Hi!
I want to configure voicemail to send emails with the date of the
message in German/Austria, that means:
"Montag, 26 J?nner 2009" instead of "Monday, 26 January 2009"
voicemail.conf refers to "man strftime". This refers to the current locales.
So, I tried
export LANG=de
export LC_ALL=de_DE
before starting Asterisk. Unfortunately the date format is still

Hi all
Please CC me, I am not on the list. Sorry for the Off-topic.
In regional settings I setup English as language[0]. I prefer having

Is there any Windows related mailing list? Not usenet!

German sounds on Asterisk
Hi,
from voipinfo...
If an Asterisk command specifies a sound file in a*subdirectory*,
Asterisk looks in that subdirectory for the language subdirectory. For
example, theSayDigits
<http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+SayDigits>command may
play the sound file "digits/6". Asterisk will, if the language code is
"de", first look for

gscan2pdf, tesseract and german language
Hi Folks,
I've installed gscan2pdf, tesseract, tesseract-de (for german language).
But gscan2pdf offers only english as language for OCR (with tesseract selected
for OCR-Engine).
Where are "points " (config-files or so) to select german as language.
Thx

Re: nazi spam in German over list address
It is mostly the Sober.Q worm, a new Sober variant that has come out
that is causing all of the trouble. Been getting quite a bit at work but
it has all been tagged as spam.

German voicemail prompts, anybody?
Hi all,
I'm trying to build a little voicemail server based on asterisk here,
using Asterisk's "Commedian Mail" application. Unfortunately, I'd expect
some people to have trouble using the English prompts that come with
asterisk.
However, I can't imagine I'm the first person who has this problem, and
Commedian Mail seems to support multilingual prompts fine, it's

vncserver on IPv6
http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise/4.1/ipv6.html
IPv6 support in VNC Server E4.1.7/P4.1.2
VNC Server E4.1.7 & P4.1.2 are fully IPv6-aware, but is shipped with
IPv6 support disabled by default, for security reasons. IPv6 can be
enabled by setting "InTransports=IPv6,IPv4" (the default being IPv4
only), either on the command-line when starting vncserver under Unix
Ok.

German SIP and/or IAX providers?
Hi, all. My company is setting up a branch office in Germany, and I'm
very interested in a VoIP provider over thataway. However, I'd need a few
things:
- Reliability. Can't have my branch office's DID's just going down. A
company with a proven track record would be very, very good.
- English. I speak great English, decent Spanish... and zilch German.
So, as provincial as
