And to be more precise, looks like the culprit is xorg-x11-drv-intel: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1445583 as the CR package release version matches the one mentioned in Comment #2, in the regression context.

I have a Dell Precision 360, which has both onboard SATA and ultra ATA controllers, and I put one of each kind of drive into the bays to make an experimental machine with the xen kernel.
