similar to: Proper setup for major package removals?

I have CentOS7 32-bit x86 AltArch in a VM. Following advice I found on Google, I tried stuff like "sudo yum install centos-release-scl" and "sudo yum install epel-release". They came back with... Now I've got more data, and what's happening is this: if I tell noscript to enable youtube and googlevideo in one tab, not only does it affect *all* tabs, but also affects another browser window opened from the first browser window.
