Network services start before network is up since migrating to 7.2
Hello all,
I updated two of my servers to CentOS 7.2 (1511) two days ago, and since, on one of them, the network services are started (and fail to start) before the network interfaces are online.
Parts of "journalctl" after the last reboot :
d?c. 17 10:21:44 myserver kernel: NET: Registered protocol family 40
d?c. 17 10:21:45 myserver sshd[700]: error: Bind to port 22 on

NTP Service Running on Local Host does not Sync System Time
Hi List
I have ntp running as a service on a PC, with the expectation that it
would keep time in synch to my ntp server.
However, while I can manually update the time using "ntpdate -u ...",
I find that if I manually force the wrong time, the ntpd service does
not automatically re-synch the system time with the ntp server:

Systemd
So I've built my first CentOS 7 host and am learning all the new ways of
doing things. I setup and enabled ntpd but after a reboot I get:
$ systemctl status ntpd
ntpd.service - Network Time Service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/ntpd.service; enabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
After issuing:
$ systemctl start ntpd
Ntpd runs just fine. But why isn't it loading at boot

Changing selected elements of an array
Hi!
I have a matrix defined on geographical positions (through) row and column
names. I need to change a number of elements in this matrix using the
information of a data.frame containing geographical positions and a number of
variables.
Changing the value of one specific element is easy, but changing on a number
of selected positions seems more difficult. When I use the geographical

since some time I'm plagued by internal login failures. With v2.2.10 I got

imap serverices.
These hints are very helpful and are some sort of unique feature of

Icecast Release 2.4.0 Webm /Opus Support
Hello its me again :-P
hope its appropriate to ask every 2 years if there is a simple method to
stream a " live" Video stream
via icecast2.
I tryed rtmpd.com with Adobe Livemedia encoder with jplayer embeding
into webpage and it worked fine, but my goal is to use icecast.
From what i understand VCL or ffmpeg is the common method to stream
video to a icecast2 server

ntpd appears to not be able to query ntp servers automatically?
Hello all,
After reboot, one of my servers running CentOS5 no longer keeps its
clock synced automatically. ntpd is running and I don't see anything
weird being logged. If I kick off ntpd with 'ntpd -q', it will sync the
clock. However, if I just rely on ntpd started with 'service ntpd
start', syncing does not happen.
I previously had:
