Seemed strange is all. Can the nobody user read down into /var/www/html/osticket/api? If it works in tmp, maybe permissions are the issue. Hello, After upgrading all external services will no longer authenticate to the domain. One of those is osTicket. Looking through the release notes I figured this would happen. How do I get a flash plugin to work with firefox? I thought that I installed it correctly, but I have yet to see any flash videos through firefox. I keep being told that I need an additional plugin.
