This won't help you much on Centos 6, but I use Libreoffice 5.0.3.2 on Centos 7 and it works fine. I just checked and the

Yum dependency failure installing latest LibreOffice
I've been bashing my head on the wall for 2 or 3 hours for something that
should be (and has been, in the past) simple.
Trying to install the latest LibreOffice downloaded from Libreoffice.org.
I had 6.0.1.1 and downloaded 6.4.0.2, and kept getting dependency errors:

---> Package libobasis6.0-base.x86_64 0:6.0.4.2-2 will be installed

LibreOffice locking up
I am running LibreOffice 5.3.6.1 under the latest update of CentOS 7 and the Mate desktop. Not infrequently LibreOffice Calc locks up and I have to force close the application. Altough the spreadsheet is rather large I would not consider it complex.
This has been going on for some time and I am curious if the bug might be in LibreOffice or if there is some interaction with the Mate desktop that

Boost: updates but no announcement; nothing on rhel errata neither?
Hello,
I've been offered updates for boost* on C6. There has been no announcement at the moment.
But neither do I find anything on rhn.redhat.com/errata/
Anyone knows how I should treat this update?
Thanks

How do you install libreoffice. yum install libreoffice did not do it,
doing a search on "centos 8 install libreoffice" did not provide anything.
Thanks

libreoffice 5 slow after 7.3 update
Hello all,
After the update to 7.3 libreoffice (5.0.6.2-3.el7.x86_64) became
unusable slow.
For an excel file with 250 rows even a simple scroll takes a few
seconds, during that time the Xorg server is 100% working and the GPU
utilization is at about 77% (from NVIDIA server settings).
I have tried disabling the hardware acceleration (options->view) and

Anyone has experience with OpenVAS and the Atomicorp repository
I was looking for a vulnerability scanner and found OpenVAS. Does anyone has experiences with that scanner?
And with the Atomicorp repository? (the OpenVAS website refers to that repo)
Thanks
