Chromium 31.0.1650.63-2.el6 for CentOS 6
All, As has already been brought up, we have not yet been able to build the new version of Chromium-32 for CentOS, and the current version (31.0.1650.63-1.el6) needs updating. We have also recently been informed that we may not redistribute the PepperFlash Library from the Google site (libpepflashplayer.so) as we did in 31.0.1650.63-1.el6. Therefore, I have had to rebuild the currently released

Chromium 85 does not load any pages
I just upgraded chromium on my CentOS 7 system and ended up with nothing loading. I tried to downgrade using yum downgrade chromium but there does not seem to be an older version on my system, nor does EPEL seem to have version 84 which is what I ran before. First, does anyone know why chromium 85 does not load /anything/? Firefox runs fine. Second, why is chromium 84 not available in EPEL?

exposing APIs needed by Chromium/WebRTC
Hello Opus community, I'd like to ask you for advice and recommendations. WebRTC uses Opus, and I noticed https://webrtc-codereview.appspot.com/5549004 started referring to currently internal Opus headers. This is possible because for Chromium the Opus sources are just checked in, so any header can be #included. I detected this when trying to package Chromium for Linux distributions with

Chromium - Application-level nouveau blacklist
It looks like as of Chromium 71, nouveau is completely blacklisted. I don't really see a way back from this, since they don't cite any easily reproducible issues, except that some people had some issues with indeterminate hardware and indeterminate versions of mesa. In the bug that triggered this (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=876523), where I might have slightly

Google's Chrome Team might Blacklist Nouveau on Chromium
I thought you all would like to know that Google considers Nouveau to be unstable and is now actively considering blacklisting. No more support for chrome/chromium on rhel6
https://plus.google.com/u/0/100132233764003563318/posts/Y1s6T44Soby Not 100% this is true but the problem apparently is that rhel6 uses an old version of gtk2. If this is true, then it affects my school and my students. I like google-chrome and it works very well with google services. I was planning on using C6 for a long time. Does anyone know of a repo that intends to keep Chromium working

Chromium on CentOS 6
Sorin, Indeed, CentOS 6 is not longer officially supported by Chrome. It hasn't been for a few years, though there are workarounds[1]. It's high time people migrated to EL7. Chromium browser for C6
I found this bug fix report http://lwn.net/Articles/616130/ I thought we were not able to get Chromium for C6. Apparently it looks like the work has been already done. Is it possible we (hi Johnny) can get this package into C6? This would be a wonderful addition to CentOS 6. Please and thank you.
