Centos 7 and itk
Hello
I use mod-itk on several servers on CentOS 6 or CentOS 5
I have a new server with CentOS 7 and I would like to use itk.
Installing it works fine using yum but it cannot be started, giving a lot of errors.
Does anyone knows how to make it work?

Apache mpm itk
Hi all,
the EPEL repository for CentOS7 contains httpd-itk, an apache module for
running different vhosts under specific user/group ID.
For RHEL8 I can find it only in 3rd party repos, while I misses it
entirely for RHEL9.
Is the module deprecated? Can it be re-included into EPEL?
Regards.

Building mod_suphp on Centos 7
I've downloaded the tarball. When I run ./configure, I get
[sdstern at cumberland suphp-0.7.2]$ ./configure
configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in
config "."/config
I've installed libtool, autoconf and automake. shtool and install-sh are
installed.
Any clues on how to get this to configure?
Or does anyone know of a repo where I can get an rpm for

[LLVMdev] CLang issue: Weird crashes in _Unwind_resume?
I have this project that I can't see how to boil down into a cut down
illustration of the problem as it requires a large 3rd party library
(ITK www.itk.org), and the problem is actually triggered in that
library. But here is the problem: If you compile ITK and the
program, it will segfault in _Unwind_resume at the end of a class
method. If you build with GCC (4.6.1 in this case) the program

Has someone connected R with ITK?
Dear R users,
I am curious to know if someone has connected R with the Insight
Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (www.itk.org). From the website...
ITK is an open-source, cross-platform system that provides developers with
an extensive suite of software tools for image analysis.
Developed through extreme programming methodologies, ITK employs
leading-edge algorithms for registering and

[LLVMdev] Recent regression in CLANG/LLVM
Logged this: http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=13353
I might respectfully suggest that building ITK (like building Boost)
is an excellent torture test for CLANG. Up until last week the SVN
head worked fine, now it doesn't. Later today I'll try building ITK
again with CLang SVN head and see if someone fixed this...

Hi Kent, maybe it could be added to LLVM's nightly testsuite?

Apache 2.2 itk - 404 not found
Hi all, Freshly installed apache 2.2 with httpd-itk (from epel). When I
try to access apache's document root from a browser on local network, it
always serve me the Apache welcome page, even if I have a index.html and
a phpinfo.php file in the /var/www/html folder. If point the browser
specifically to http://server/index.html, I get a '404 Not found error'.
I'm running CentOS

More specifically -- when you get the "not found" in the browser
there should be an entry logged in the error log. E.g., tail the
error log, issue a request, and see what you see. The error log
entry will show the details of what is being requested and generally
gives strong hints as to why it can't be found (pathing, access,
etc.). If you don't get an entry in the error log that

Your apache group need reading right.

Please also check for the proper security context. Do ls -Z
/var/www/html/index.html. The context type httpd_sys_content_t should be
present.

mod_suPHP
I have been trying to get mod_suPHP working on Centos 7's httpd, just as I've
done with versions 5 and 6. I found a couple RPMs that others have built, and
I even compiled suPHP from source, and got a successful compile. Each time, I
can see with phpinfo() that the mod_suPHP module did indeed load, yet I cannot
seem to get any script to run in a user other than the default of

[LLVMdev] Why is CLANG++ so freaking slow -- with example.
http://cornwarning.com/xfer/test.cxx.gz
This is a preprocessed version of a file from from the VV image viewer
package. I stripped out all the lines beginning in '#' and multiple
empty lines.
It's about 75k lines of code.
On a Mac Pro, the unix 'time' command says it's using 249 seconds of
user time. Wall time on my machine somewhere around 5 minutes?
