Dear all, I know this is not imq mailing list. But many of the users over here have done exactly what i want. Requirement:- I want to tight bound eth1 for 100 kbps but after i want to create many classes of 64 kbps or 50 kbps and others. But the total sum of classes is more than 100 kbps so my eth1 is not restrciting total bandwidth at 100kbps. According to search on google imq is the solution.

Dear all, My os: Redhat 9 with 2.4.20 shipped kernel with redhat. I have even changed my hardware and tried but same error. I have changed the kernel to 2.4.21 then also i m getting this error. when i am starting my bandwidth script i m getting below errors. then my machine gets unusable. Hey, I''ve a 2x4TB RAID1 setup with btrfs on kernel 3.8.0. Under high I/O load (BackupPC dump or writing a large file over gigabit) I get messages in syslog such as the one mentioned in the subject. The full non-logcheck-ignored log is under [1]. A BackupPC dump between the same exact machines onto a 2TB ext4 volume take 90 minutes on average, the process on the btrfs volume took 465

Hallo all, the tcpdump output tells me WARNING: Short packet. Try increasing the snap length (120) but I havn't got a clue how to manage this. The problem appears, when using the dave client on my mac PB G3 and I copy something onto the samba server.Other Win98 hosts do not have this problem. Hello all, Anybody found this problem before? I kept hitting this issue for 2.6.31 guest kernel even with a simple network test. INFO: task kjournal:337 blocked for more than 120 seconds. "echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_sec" disables this message. kjournald D 00000041 0 337 2 0x00000000 My test is totally being blocked. Thanks Shirley
