discussions around upstream documentation
There is a Fedora Activity Day (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAD_Documentation_2016 ) centered around documentation, where I'm going to see what can be done about the state of centos documentation from upstream sources. Most of the tooling for documentation for these two groups is centered around git. For the most part, our documentation currently lives in the wiki, and has a fairly high

Feature Concept: enable iCloud Drive with rsync
Hi, I have also posted this on GitHub but it isn?t clear that was the right place: https://github.com/WayneD/rsync/issues/522 iCloud Drive will evict files that are unused or when additional space is needed on the local drive. The evicted files are replace by "bookmark" files that allow MacOS to continue to report the files in the file system as though they were actually present. The

Finished a prototype of GSoC project: Implement a new doc toolchain
Hi, Kunaal and I have completed a prototype of the first part of our GSoC project (implement a new doc toolchain). Our goal is to implement a doc toolchain for short how-to docs and lower the barrier for new comers to contribute. This is the workflow of the prototype: 1. Contributor creates a new pull request on GitHub 2. A corresponding issue is automatically created on Pagure 3. Staff and

random sampling but with caveats!
Hi, I wonder if someone can help me. I have built a gam model to predict the presence of cold water corals and am now trying to evaluate my model by splitting my dataset into training/test datasets. In an ideal world I would use the sample() function to randomly select rows of data for me so for example with 936 rows of data in my HH dataset I might say ss <- sample(nrow(HH), size =

VLC
Hi All, When our users receive a voicemail we send it attached to an email. It used to work fine, encoded in wav49 and read by Windows media player. Recently the default player in the company has become VLC which is unable to read wav49. I am trying to use OGG/VORBIS instead of wav49. I can't get it working: In voicemail.conf: format = ogg The result is as follow: [Mar 11 09:42:17]
