Working Documentation Toolchain [GSoC]
Hi,
The basic toolchain is up and running. I encourage community to test
this workflow once. It is an addition to the existing contributing
mediums.

Regarding Static website generator [GSOC Docs-toolchain]
Hi, I just wanted to mail community first and get the discussion started,
but I should have written details first.
The main aim behind this project is to facilitate contributors, so the site
generator should be such that, it doesn't complicate the workflow. Another
constraint is that the site generator should require minimal human effort,
as we plan to build the site continuously through CI,

Finished a prototype of GSoC project: Implement a new doc toolchain
Hi,
Kunaal and I have completed a prototype of the first part of our GSoC project (implement a new doc toolchain). Our goal is to implement a doc toolchain for short how-to docs and lower the barrier for new comers to contribute.
This is the workflow of the prototype:
1. Contributor creates a new pull request on GitHub
2. A corresponding issue is automatically created on Pagure
3. Staff and

There have been some questions about how the GSoC project interacts
with the existing documentation work that happens around the wiki.
Let's get all the open questions in to this thread and discuss them.

Anyone else with open questions?

Resources Needed for Doc Toolchain Project [GSoC]
Hi,
As discussed earlier about the workflow, I and Kunaal will need a server space to host Bugzilla, a test repository at Github + a git repository at git.centos.org <http://git.centos.org/>. This is temporary, required for development and testing.
Please let us know how do we obtain the same? We need it to get started on our project.
Thanks!
Regards,
Lei

[Gluster-devel] Gluster Health Report tool
Hi,
since people are suggesting nagios then I can't resist suggesting exporting
the metrics in the prometheus format,
or at least making the project into a library so
https://github.com/prometheus/client_python could be used to export the
prometheus metrics.
There has been an attempt at https://github.com/ofesseler/gluster_exporter
but it is not maintained anymore.
Cheers,

NFS Ganesha
Hello!
I am attempting to setup a Gluster install using Ganesha for NFS using the guide found here http://blog.gluster.org/2015/10/linux-scale-out-nfsv4-using-nfs-ganesha-and-glusterfs-one-step-at-a-time/
The Gluster portion is working fine, however when I try to setup Ganesha I have a problem. The guide says to run 'gluster nfs-ganesha enable' however when I do, I get the following

[Gluster-devel] Gluster Health Report tool
Hi Aravinda,
Very nice initiative, thank you very much! As as small recommendation it would be nice to have a "nagios/icinga" mode, maybe through a "-n" parameter which will do the health check and output the status ina nagios/icinga compatible format. As such this tool could be directly used by nagios for monitoring.
Best,
M.

Regarding GSoC project
Hi,
Over the last week, Lei and I have been researching about the review
platform where the content submitted can be reviewed, commented, tagged and
pushed. This will be an alternative to github pull requests interface,
which will thus reduce our dependency on Github in case Github changes its
API anytime in future.
Even firefox is considering using Github as an alternative medium to
