Now we want build the site and display it to user. There are number of options mkdocs, hugo(docker uses it now) etc. There are pros and cons to each site generator. Yum using proxy that requires authentication and a Password that contains the two characters \/ fails normally I can get yum to work with a proxy that requires authentication when required by doing something like http_proxy=http://<my username>:<my password>@<proxy server>:<proxy server port> export http_proxy or by filling in the appropriate information in yum.conf.
