When xenstat library parse /proc/net/dev, it uses strpbrk function to get pointer to device name. However, it miss capital letters in the array of valid characters so it get incorrect name in case device name starts with capital letters or even segfault if it contains only capital letters. We had problem using tagged vlans inside domU. Testing shows that this is caused by changing network interfaces in network-bridge script. Following patch should allow to use vlans in guest. hi guys, I updated to qemu-kvm-common-ev-2.12.0-18.el7_6.1.1.x86_64 (also libvirt) and my Centos 6.10 kvm guests now do not start. Funnily enough Win10 guest are fine, only Centoses cannot start, silently & without any errors. Any care to comment? many thanks, L.
