Docker Bridge - Howto deal with it?
Hello,
I have started playing around with docker (https://www.docker.io/) and am
having trouble to integrate the "docker0" bridge it creates on the fly into
my shorewall setup (version 4.5.16.1) on debian testing.
IP forwarding is on and I have defined a "doc" ipv4 zone and the interfaces
has an entry like so,

Unfortunately that didn't work. Putting LC_COLLATE in /etc/locale.conf
does nothing.
Now what?

Help with iptables && tinc
Hi,
I've been able to get tinc setup when I flush all my iptables, but after
enabling iptables and a delay I get a "Destination Net Unknown". I have
three host (HOME10.0.3.2, MASTER 10.0.3.1, WEB 10.0.3.3) MASTER and WEB are
in Digital ocean in the same data centre.
HOME <---> MASTER <---> WEB
I've tried multiple forwarding/masquerading/etc rules and

CentOS 7 + KDE - default keyboard layout?
Hi,
I'm currently fiddling with CentOS 7 and KDE 4.14, and I must say, I'm
pleasantly surprised. This is one of the cleanest implementations of KDE
I've ever seen, and with some tweaking (a lot, in fact) this can be
turned into a highly functional desktop with all the bling and bells and
whistles.
But right now, I have some minor problems to solve. First things first.
My system is

PostgreSQL port accessible even though it should be blocked by firewall
Hi,
this puzzles me: On one of our developer workstations, all ports with
the exception of SSH are closed:

interfaces: eno1
sources:
services: ssh dhcpv6-client
ports: 22/tcp
protocols:

[PATCH 0/3] Timezone and keyboard layout settings in virt-builder and virt-sysprep.
Setting timezone is easy.
It turns out to be almost impossible to set keyboard layout in
virt-builder sanely, so I have added some examples instead.
Coming up next, setting languages in virt-builder (clue: very very
very hard).
Rich.

What is 'dbsupdate' ?
I can assure you that dnsupdate does work with dlz.
I think you need to give us more info.

Then tell uss, why are 3 lines uncommented?
I suggest, run :
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/thctlo/samba4/master/samba-collect-debug-info.sh
Anonimize it where needed, and show me your server setup.

Samba generating wrong ipv6 and ipv4 address
sorry i mean dnsupdate, if i use bind9 with samba dlz dnsupdate does not
work, so i have to leave it out.
my problem is that i got 2 interfaces and still it 2 dual stack ip
addresses, the 192.168.78.0/24 is correct.
the 192.168.81.0/24 is giving 192.168.81.120 instead of 192.168.81.20.
i found the whole root since "/" with grep there is no 192.168.81.120 at
all. only in my router there
